Mamie L. Frierson

Mamie L. Frierson was born on November 11, 1919 in South Carolina. She was a 1943 graduate of Saint Agnes Hospital School of Nursing in North Carolina. From the Station Hospital History Changes in Duty Assignments from 1 November 1944 to 28 February 1945 included 2LT Mamie Frierson as a General Duty Nurse. She is reported as being on staff in the March 15, 1946 station hospital roster and was one of the five remaining nurses on TAAF as it closed. She died on July 25, 2009. She was married to a Nelson Boogan.
